On the third Thursday of the month we hold a themed small plates night at CSONS Shrewsbury. Each month is a different theme but centered around small plates and relaxed, informal dining.

Small Plates:
Monmouthshire pork chop, Shropshire prune damson gochujang, Tuston Farm courgette kimchi
Cornish octopus maeun-tang
Miso-gochujang roasted Dick’s Market Garden squash, toasted sesame, pumpkin seeds,
Charred seasonal greens, sesame, garlic, doenjang butter, crispy seaweed
Bicton mushrooms bibimbap, crispy onions, pickles
Pud:
Black sesame & miso chocolate tart, citrus cream, Shropshire pears
